Unfortunately, even with professional, careful movers, damages do occur. We would like to continue our relationship with you by providing a quick, fair response to your claim. Please complete this form as quickly, and thoroughly as possible. Claims MUST be received within 60 days of your move. Once you submit this form, an email will go to the manager of the office in your city and he will contact you to discuss your claim. In most cases we can repair items/walls to your satisfaction. When we cannot; we pay $.60/pound per item damaged. If you choose the additional fee insurance; those details will be discussed when our customer service agent contacts you.
