I want to thank you on behalf of my family for the excellent service that you and your movers recently provided to my mother-in-law, Deborah Metcalf; when she moved from one apartment to another at The Woodlands. Glass City Movers was recommended to us by both friends and local business acquaintances. We were not disappointed, as each of you helped to make this move a positive experience.
You personally met with both my mother-in-law and me on January 20, to look over the moving situation at The Woodlands. You kindly took the time to answer questions we had to our satisfaction, provided us with a very reasonable written binding estimate, and made certain that we received a copy of your company’s Certificate of Liability, at my request.
Derek and Adam were the men assigned to conduct the actual move on January 28 and they were prompt, courteous, careful and efficient. The move also included moving several pieces of furniture to my sister-in-law’s apartment that was several blocks away. This aspect of the move went equally well.
